We were able to see this miracle all through doing service.

Hey Everyone,
So last Friday was awesome. We had the opportunity to baptize Mia Angel. She is a nine year old girl and she is so funny. She was so excited to get baptized. My message this week is about service. The reason we were able to start teaching Mia all started when I first got to Carlsbad we did a lot of service for her grandpa. Through all this service we did for him we got to know Mia's dad Justin who is less active. Justin really warmed up to Elder Soffe and I after a while and one day we were at a hardware store with another member and saw Justin and Mia there. We were talking to Justin and he told us he wanted us to start teaching Mia. Mia wanted to be taught the gospel and she also wanted to be baptized. We were able to see this miracle all through doing service. We were diligent in serving this family and we saw someone enter into God’s kingdom through it. That was such a blessing. It was a great baptism as well. Justin spoke about the Holy Ghost. It’s amazing how even though he is less active he has such a great testimony. He knows that the Holy Ghost is what will guide his daughter to do what is right and he will see her happiness and want to do the same. The gospel is so true and it is where happiness and peace lie in life. I know that with all of my heart. Thanks for all of your prayers and support. Keep on keepin on. Check ya later!
